Marlies van Baalen wins CDI4* Freestyle

Marlies van Baalen (Brakel) won the Belgium Dressage Events Kür on Music this afternoon with Ben Johnson. The Team NL rider just behind her colleague Adelinde Cornelissen (Nijkerk). With Chardonnay, previously driven by Stefanie de Frel, Diederik van Silfhout (Lunteren) finished fifth in the Grand Prix Special with a percentage of 71,383%.

Marlies van Baalen, member of the B-squad, booked a nice victory with Ben Johnson (by Johnson) in the four-star competition in Lier. The judges appreciated her Freestyle with a percentage of 78,155%. In the Grand Prix they achieved a nice score of 72.304%. With that they finished in fifth place.

Adelinde Cornelissen made a strong return to international sport with the stallion Aqiedo (by Unigo). After the third place in the Grand Prix (73%), Cornelissen finished second behind Van Baalen with the 15-year-old KWPN stallion. In the final test, the Olympic rider from Nijkerk achieved a percentage of 77,560%.

Dominique Filion wins with Frida K Joli Lodger Freestyle Intermediare I

Dominique Filion and her Frida K (by Fidertanz) won the Joli Lodger Kür to music Intermédiare I.

With a score of no less than 78,845%, she remains over one percent ahead of first pursuer and countryman Diederik van Silfhout with Impression (by Don Schufro). They receive 77.795% from the five-member and international jury.

Corentin Pottier and Gotilas du Feuillard (by Totilas) close the podium with 75.265%.

Larissa Pauluis is the first home rider in the ranking. With First-Step Valentin (by Vitalis) she dances to 75,090%.

The Portuguese Luis Principe and R.S. Raphael (by Romanov Blue Hors) complete the top five. They score just under 75%, which remains at 74.580%.

Inge Heylen also achieved a strong result with Kalagan ‘H’ (by Universal). They dance to a score of 74.305% and that is good for seventh place. Loranne Livens is further up in the ranking on nine with Aragon L (by Aaron). Flore de Winne finishes the top ten with Basali (by Bellissimo M).

Dominique Filion wint met haar Frida K (v. Fidertanz) de Joli Lodger Kür op muziek Intermédiare I.

Met een score van maar liefst 78.845% blijft ze ruim een procent voor eerste achtervolger en landgenoot Diederik van Silfhout met Impression (v. Don Schufro). Zij krijgen van de vijfkoppige en internationale jury 77.795%.

Corentin Pottier en Gotilas du Feuillard (v. Totilas) sluiten met 75.265% het podium af.

Larissa Pauluis is de eerste thuisruiter in de ranking. Met First-Step Valentin (v. Vitalis) danst ze naar 75.090%.

Diederik van Silfhout keeps Dutch honor high

Spencer Wilton wins the Alexa Fairchild prize, the Grand Prix Special with Super Nova II. Diederik Van Silfhout dances with Chardonnay to a handsome fifth place.

A completely British podium in the GP Spécial this afternoon. Spencer Wilton and Super Nova II (by De Niro) are awarded 76,809% by the five-member international jury. They thus remain more than two percent ahead of countryman Sonnar Murray Brown. With Erlentanz (by Latimer) this combination is rewarded with 74.340%. Gareth Hughes and KK Woodstock (by Wolkentanz II) follow on a closer 73,085%.

The German Carina Bachmann drives 72.298% together and is fourth with Tarantino 5 (by Toronto). Noorderbuur Diederik van Silfhout and Chardonnay (by Westpoint) receive 71.383% of the jury and complete the top five.

Spencer Wilton wint met Super Nova II de Alexa Fairchild prijs, de Grand Prix Special. Diederik Van Silfhout danst met Chardonnay naar een knappe vijfde plaats.

Een volledig Brits podium in de GP Spécial deze middag. Spencer Wilton en Super Nova II (v. De Niro) krijgen van de vijfkoppige internationale jury 76.809% toebedeeld. Ze blijven daarmee ruim twee procent voor dus landgenoot Sonnar Murray Brown. Met Erlentanz (v. Latimer)  wordt deze combinatie beloond met 74.340%. Gareth Hughes en KK Woodstock (v. Wolkentanz II ) volgen op een nauwere 73.085%.

De Duitse Carina Bachmann rijdt 72.298% bijeen en wordt daarmee vierde met Tarantino 5 (v. Toronto) . Noorderbuur Diederik van Silfhout en Chardonnay (v. Westpoint) krijgen 71.383% van de jury en vervolledigen zo de top vijf.

This morning Dominique Filion won the Intermediaire I with the 8-year-old Fidertanz offspring, Frida K. The pair won with a convincing lead with 74,000%.

Filion referred Diederik van Silfhout to second place with the 7-year-old KWPN member Impression (Don Schufro). Van Silfhout collected 71.971% in this 4 * category. Larissa Pauluis finished the stage for her own audience.

Pauluis followed in third place with the 8-year-old First-Step Valentin (Vitalis). The home duo received 71,441% from the jury. Inge Heylen also achieved more than 70%. Together with Kalagan ‘H’ (Universal) the Belgian collected 70.588%, good for sixth place.

Deze ochtend heeft Dominique Filion de Intermediaire I gewonnen met de 8-jarige Fidertanz-nakomeling, Frida K. Het paar  won met een overtuigende voorsprong met 74,000%.

Filion verwees zo Diederik van Silfhout met de 7-jarige KWPN’er Impression  (Don Schufro) naar de tweede plaats. Van Silfhout verzamelde 71,971% in deze 4* rubriek. Voor eigen publiek werkte Larissa Pauluis het podium af.

Pauluis volgde op de derde plaats met de 8-jarige First-Step Valentin (Vitalis). Het thuis-duo kreeg 71,441% van de jury. Ook Inge Heylen haalde ruim 70%. Samen met Kalagan ‘H’ (Universal) verzamelde de Belgische 70,588%, goed voor de zesde plaats.

Spencer Wilton regeert CDI4* Grand Prix

The day ended yesterday with a rider party and before that the handsome 4 * Grand Prix. Spencer Wilton held back the competition with Super Nova II (De Niro). Yet the biggest surprise was Adelinde Cornelissen who started Aqiedo (Undigo). Originally, Cornrelissen had announced that it would take Aqiedo again for the first time at Indoor Brabant, but that return took place a little earlier.

For Wilton and seventeen-year-old Super Nova it was the second time in the ring after a long competition break. The duo won with 75.761% and kept countryman Sonnar Murray Brown behind with Erlentanz (Latimer). Brown drove to a total of 74.174%.

Cornelissen and Aqiedo came back to the CDI in Lier yesterday for the first time since last February and finished in third place with 73%.

Spencer Wilton regeert CDI4* Grand Prix

De dag werd gisteren afgesloten met een riderparty en voordien de knappe 4* Grand Prix. Daarin hield Spencer Wilton de concurrentie achter zich met Super Nova II (De Niro). Toch was de grootste verrassing, Adelinde Cornelissen die Aqiedo (Undigo) aan de start bracht. Oorspronkelijk had Cornrelissen aangekondigd dat ze Aqiedo op Indoor Brabant weer voor het eerst mee zou nemen, maar dat rentree vond iets eerder plaats.

Voor Wilton en de zeventienjarige Super Nova was het weer de tweede keer in de ring na eveneens een lange wedstrijdpauze. Het duo won met 75,761% en hield zo landgenoot Sonnar Murray Brown met Erlentanz (Latimer) achter zich. Brown reed naar een totaal van 74,174%.

Cornelissen en Aqiedo kwamen gisteren op het CDI in Lier voor het eerst sinds vorig jaar februari weer aan de start en eindigde met 73% op de derde plek.

Kebie Raaijmakers wins again

Kebie Raaijmakers put things in order in the Individual Children Test yesterday. The young rider sent her Happy Feet to the overall victory with 78.535%. Earlier this week, she already won the introductory test on Wednesday with the Tuschinksi descendant.

The stage in this test turned completely orange. Thursday’s winner, Veerle Van Hof followed in second place with Don Diablo (Westpoint). The performance of the duo was rewarded with 75.130%.

Countrywoman Maura Knipscheer received 75.065% for her test with Amaretto (Krack C) and thus completed the podium. Max Van Durne followed in fourth place for his own audience. Van Durne rode with Dijon to a nice score of 72.737%.

In the U25 Grand Prix, Ann-Kathrin Lindner kept the competition behind with Sunfire 16 (San Amour I). The pair was the only one to go above 70%. With 72.718%, the duo was well ahead of their compatriot Sophie Reef with Charming Lady. The German sent her Painted Black offspring to second place with 69.974%. Skylar Bos completed the podium with Choice Finch (Voice). Bos collected 68.653% and thus stayed ahead of local rider Lore Vandeborne with Ikke-Pia vd Berghoevev (San Amour). The Belgian rider received 68.077% of the final result.
