Belgium Dressage Events is pleased to announce an amazing lineup for 2025, featuring three major events held at the renowned Azelhof Equestrian Center in Lier: CDI Lier, CDIO Lier and the Belgian Dressage Championship. “More high level national and international dressage competitions.” That is the mission of Belgium Dressage Events. With the beautiful location of the Azelhof, Belgium Dressage Events has everything to organize a competition for the Belgian dressage sport at the highest level.
Horse people with sense
The organization behind the Belgian Dressage Event consists of a team of real horse people. Captain of the organization Wim Verwimp is supported by organizer Joyce Lebon, Thomas Eyckmans and Azelhof Horse Events owner and organizer Mike Hazebroek are experts by experience in both their field and in equestrian sports. In short, all horse people who know exactly how to organize a top-level event. Something you will clearly notice as a participant as well as a visitor.
More top sport in Belgium
Every year many international riders come to Lier to participate in CDI Lier. But CDI Lier is not only about top sport. The event also features a luxury straw village and several clinics are given. This combination between competition and entertainment makes CDI Lier popular with both participants and visitors. Since 2020 we also organise The Belgian Championships dressage. A beautiful event where the top of Belgian equestrian sports comes together to ride for a national victory.
